Looking for a reliable handyman for small home renovation/improvement project in Palma Ceia (South Tampa).
Most tasks are small and quick. Flexible schedule. Paid by Zelle or cash.
Typical Tasks
Small drywall and wall repairs (patch and paint)
Light carpentry
Door and lock repairs/adjustments
Basic plumbing (garbage disposal, faucet, toilet issues)
Basic electrical (outlets and switches only)
Fence repairs and general home maintenance
Pay (Labor Only)
$25–$35 per hour for general handyman work
$35–$40 per hour if you are experienced, have your own tools, and can work independently
Flat rates for specific small jobs are also welcome
Rates are negotiable; I’m budget conscious but fair
Requirements
Must have your own basic tools
Must be dependable and show up on time
Good communication; okay with occasional same-day jobs
