Description:
Looking for reliable help with basic household maintenance and moving preparations. Tasks are straightforward, and I will be available to guide and provide all tools and supplies. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and work efficiently.
Tasks Include:
Household maintenance: Replace toilet seats, change air filters, spray pesticides, clean BBQ, change light bulbs, and clean bath exhaust fans (using a short ladder).
General cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces.
High-reach dusting: Use a telescoping stick for eaves, soffits, and porch ceilings.
Moving & organizing: Pack items into boxes, move items to/from rooms, garage, storage unit, and car.
Donation prep: Package and load items for drop-offs.
Light repairs: Minor fixes as needed in preparation for moving.
Tools & Equipment Provided:
Ladder, leaf blower, Power Washer, sprayer, vacuum, broom/mop/rake, hand tools (screwdriver, hammer, pliers), and light power tools (impact drill, etc.).

Part time. Flexible Hours
Must speak English
Work Environment: Indoors, outdoors, garage, and storage unit.
Pay: Cash at the end of each workday.
Requirements:
o Must have your own transportation to the job site.
o Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Must provide two forms of ID: Driver’s License & Social Security Card or Birth Certificate).
o No smoking or texting while working.
