Applicant MUST have at least 1 year of experience with lawn maintenance commercial properties as we mostly maintain Townhouses, Condos, Apartments, commercial properties, HOAs, etc.
Must be able to work in fast paced outdoor conditions especially in the Florida heat and be able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Position duties include general lawn maintenance, landscape projects, small tree, shrub, and plant trimming, laying mulch or sod, etc.
Applicant must work well with others and be a team player, be able to follow instructions, be dependable, reliable and pay great attention to details. Most of our lawn maintenance team members have been with us for several years and now we are expanding and would like to add some more dedicated team members.
Applicant must be able to properly and safely operate the following equipment: Stand on/ride on commercial grade mowers, stick edgers, weedos, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, rakes, shovels, etc.

Licenses/certificates that are a plus, but not required: BMP certified, roundup certified, valid drivers license (must be able to drive a truck with a trailer)
Full time position work week: Monday-Friday start time 7:30 a.m. Saturdays sometimes available, but not required. Need to have reliable transportation to and from our yard in New Port Richey.
$300 SIGN ON BONUS (For new employees in good standing with company after ninety (90) days.)
Pay based on experience and skill level. $12.00 - $16.00 to start weekly pay on the books.
