Looking for an individual for a part time job during the weekend in Odessa. Duties include turning out horses, mucking and bedding stalls, water, hay/feeding, light grounds maintenance, hosing down horses in summer, etc. This is a boarding facility with multiple barns. Responsibility is for 15 horses.
Requirements- HORSE EXPERIENCE; ability to recognize if horse is having a health issue, 100% reliable transportation, responsible and a positive attitude. Must show up on time. This is a well managed farm with multiple barns- not looking to micro-manage, so need to be a self starter. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Hours include Saturday from 7:00 - 4:30 w/ long lunch hour and hours during the week (if needed). Please reach out via e-mail and specify your horse experience and location.
