Local Cleaning Co. is looking for a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician. This could involve both daytime and evening hours depending on your availability. The evening hours are a set schedule on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday in the evenings. The daytime hours are flexible according to when you would be available. You will need to be ok working alone for 2 of those evenings at commercial properties. Starting pay range is $16-20/hour
Job Description: Commercial Properties: Cleaning bathrooms, stock paper products, vacuuming, mopping, take out trash, keep a well organized closet of supplies, pick up/deliver paper products once/month from nearby storage facility.
Residential Properties: Household cleaning such as bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.
Must Have's: Must have a valid drivers license, Must pass a criminal background check (No felonies), Must be able to speak and understand English.
