Local janitorial company seeking highly motivated, self-driven individual with experience supervising and managing portfolio of facilities in Tampa and surrounding areas. Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
Responsibilities: Hire, train and manage cleaning personnel; Maintain and resupply sites with needed items as applicable. Perform quality control, manage budgets, visit and cater to clients, start new locations, maintain payroll, crisis and complaint management.
Requirements: Strong command of the English language, bilingual in Spanish preferred, clean driving license and record, clean background, flexible schedule, have good time management skills, be organized, computer savvy, good customer service skills, great communications skills. Commercial cleaning supervising experience a plus
