We are currently looking for a fast pace, problem solving, hard-working, experienced, optimistic, cleaning Janitorial supervisor.
Bilingual is a Must

The candidate will be responsible for conducting daily and weekly site visits to inspect on cleaning crew and quality of work, candidate will also be required to maintain customer relationships, answer questions and concerns, as well as professionally handle customer complaints. The candidate will also be responsible for collecting payroll data, and also hire, training, and giving constant support to new and existing crews. Also, candidates must be able to inspect locations and send managers detailed reports.
-Vehicle and reimbursements will be provided.
Candidate Must:
Be comfortable with driving, will be driving to different locations every day
sometimes check on locations at night
Have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning or construction related field
Have a High school diploma or greater
English Spanish a plus (Read, write, and speak)
Be able to work under pressure
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Google
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance
Must have references readily available
Must have a valid driver's license
