Water Restoration Technician needed for restoration company in Clearwater, Florida. We service 5 counties for water damage, mold remediation, reconstruction, and remodeling. Daily pickup and return of company vehicle. IICRC certification is a plus but not required, we will train the right individual. Looking for motivated, ambitious, self starter with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
Eligible Candidates must posses:
1. Must have a valid drivers license.
2. Must have a clean driving record.
3. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
4. People skills with the ability to sell.
5. Positive disposition with a team player mindset.
6. Availability to be on call 24/7.
Job Requirements:
1. Meet homeowners, property managers, tenants, and/or adjusters on site.
2. Assess and explain extent of water damage.
3. Photograph, sketch, document, and monitor water damage claims from start to finish including dry logs.
4. Coordinate with office and estimating staff in a timely manner to arrange for reconstruction estimates.
5. Obtain job completion certificates and customer satisfaction surveys at the completion of each dry-out and /or remediation.
8. Clean and maintain all company emergency services equipment.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)
