We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape & Tree Division Manager to lead both our landscape installation and tree service operations. This individual will oversee project management, crew leadership, client relations, and overall division performance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

Oversee daily operations for both the Landscape Install and Tree divisions

Plan, schedule, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability

Supervise and mentor crew leaders, foremen, and field staff

Maintain open communication with clients, designers, and suppliers

Manage project budgets, timelines, materials, and equipment utilization

Conduct job site inspections and enforce quality control standards

Landscape Division

Coordinate installation of hardscapes, softscapes, irrigation systems, and plantings

Review plans, specifications, and site conditions before project start

Ensure proper construction techniques and industry best practices are followed

Tree Division

Oversee tree pruning, removals, and plant health care operations

Ensure compliance with ANSI A300 and OSHA safety standards

Manage equipment, fleet, and maintenance schedules

Provide client estimates and service recommendations

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in landscape construction and/or tree care management

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints

In-depth knowledge of plant materials, soils, and installation techniques

Familiarity with tree care practices, rigging, and climbing operations

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

ISA Certified Arborist or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months (preferred)

Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and project management software a plus
