Landscaping company hiring for full-time landscape crew lead position
MUST HAVES:
Ability to LEAD a 2-3 man team to complete landscaping jobs of varying sizes/scopes
Landscape experience and be able to work outdoors in all conditions.
Reliable transportation. Shop is located in Pinellas Park.
Clean Florida drivers license
Experience driving a truck & trailer.
Experience with irrigation repair is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead a small crew on landscaping projects (installations, cleanups, mulching, trimming, etc.)
- Track and record job status on Jobber software
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe job site
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of landscaping or crew lead experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
