Experienced Landscaper – Design, Install & Maintenance
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper with hands-on experience in landscape design, installation, and property maintenance. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, from initial design concepts to full-scale installations and ongoing upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute landscape installation projects including planting, sod, mulch, hardscaping, and irrigation coordination
Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and seasonal cleanups
Read and interpret landscape design plans and implement accordingly
Assist with layout and design of landscaping elements based on customer needs and site conditions
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professionally maintained
Communicate with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in landscaping (design, installation, and/or maintenance)
Ability to read and understand basic landscape plans
Strong knowledge of plants, turf, irrigation systems, and landscape materials
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various outdoor conditions
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
