Job Title: Lawn Crew Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lawn Crew Leader to oversee and manage our lawn maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, a good driving record is a must, and proven leadership skills. Bi lingual preferred
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of lawn maintenance workers, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Drive company vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites. Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring all crew members understand their tasks and responsibilities. Monitor job progress and quality, ensuring all work is completed to client satisfaction. Perform hands-on landscaping duties as needed, including mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching. Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Report any issues, equipment malfunctions, or accidents to management promptly.
Qualifications: Minimum of [5] years of experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least [2] years in a leadership role. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and effectively. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
