Looking for an experienced crew leader to oversee daily operations. This person must lead by example and be very detail oriented in the lawn care daily operations. Must have a valid and clean driving record. Crew leaders will be paid a salary year round.
List of things required:
a. Train crew members on best landscape practices
b. Must be able to explain to customers any concerns you or the customer may have.
c. Must check vehicle, and equipment before leaving yard each morning.
d. Ensure that each customer's property is completed correctly and up to company standards.
e. Operate and maintain all lawn care equipment
