What will your experience look like working here?
Your First Day:
Your first day will consist of paperwork, ordering a uniform, and answering any additional questions you may have.
Your Training:
You will be shown how to offload equipment from the truck, given an overview of each piece of equipment in our arsenal, and shown how to approach a property with an eye for efficiency, risks, and energy management. Then you will be asked to service our yard. We will examine the yard together to discuss any observations. Then you'll learn how to reload the truck.
Your scheduled work:
Equipped with the basics of lawn mowing, and having experienced each piece of equipment, you will begin performing regular client work.
The work environment:
This is a low/medium pressure work environment that is ideal for someone who hasn't been in the workforce for a while or perhaps at all. This is a position that could eventually evolve in to several other opportunities within the company if you desire growth, or it can remain a part time, regular grind. Whatever you need it to be.

Your schedule:
You will be working one day/week. Occasionally, we may offer you the opportunity to work additional days (either to cover for another employee, or to make up for incomplete work caused by weather or unforseen circumstances). Let us know if you are interested in working more, as we may take on additional clients if we know you're reliable for additional days.
