Trimscape Landscape is hiring! We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Lawn Care Technician who’s ready to earn well and grow with a serious team.
What You’ll Earn:
$15/hr W-2 employee
Daily route pays $140/day average
Bonus: 30% of profit on extra landscaping jobs if you bring additional experience (installs, sod/plants, tree trimming, decorative landscapes)
What You Need:
Mastery of edging, weed-whipping, mowing, blowing, trimming
Experience with spraying and landscape maintenance a plus
Must be reliable, efficient, and take pride in clean, quality work in a timely matter
Valid driver’s license preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and accept W-2 payroll
Ideal Candidate: You’ve been working for another company a while, but your pay hasn’t gone up, and you know your worth. You’ve got the skills, the references, and a strong work ethic—but you’re ready for better money and more opportunity.
