I'm looking for a person to do all things related to keeping a trailer park well maintained.
Person must have their own truck and basic tools. All the necessary knowledge to keep a mobile home and its exterior in good working order.
Be able to lift over 50lbs.
Be able to check and maintain electrical outlets, water heaters, and appliances.
Electrical contractor will be called if needed.
Be able to work on septic tanks and pumps.
Be able to do basic framing, drywall work, painting and cleaning.
Be able to do roof repairs with cool seal or reattach metal or shingles.
Be able to speak with tenants respectfully and communicate with management.
Be able to log their own hours and text management pictures of work before and after.
Be able to go under the mobile homes to work on plumbing.
Be able to walk the whole park every morning to check on units, look for water leaks and keep track of units that don't follow our Rules on items left outside.
$18 and hour to start
$20 an hour after 30 days if we feel satisfied with the work being done.
