Maintenance person needed for approximately 50 units throughout Pinellas County, ranging from Dunedin to Largo, and areas in-between (to also include Clearwater Beach) main office located in downtown Clearwater.
Requirements:
-VALID Florida Driver's license (validity will be verified)
- Ideal applicant will have a skillset for property maintenance and upkeep, as well as a well-rounded knowledge of plumbing and electrical work in order to effectively respond to those problems.
Compensation is $25/hr
