Job description
Property management company looking for someone to join our team. Work is mostly in Pinellas County and Southern Pasco County.
You will be responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile, drywall repair, general cleaning, appliance maintenance, and exterior structure maintenance.
Must have experience and knowledge in plumbing, and electricity.
Prepare vacant units for our next resident by carefully inspecting, evaluating, and making any necessary repairs.
Ensure workplace safety through the participation of all applicable safety rules and requirements.
Must have own vehicle and tools.
Full-time or Part-time position available
Compensation based on experience
