We are accepting applications to join our service/maintenance teams at our Florida Gulf Coast Apartments in the position of Service Technician.
Our maintenance teams are responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of the apartments including work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns.
The successful candidates will be High School Graduates (or equivalent), have a minimum of 2 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. on-call rotation required.
