About the Role:
A Total Solution, Inc., a leader in Fire Protection and Security Services, is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance / Handyman Worker to help maintain office and grounds. This hands-on position is responsible for the upkeep of our property, ensuring that the buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the property.
Change light fixtures and bulbs in common areas.
Paint and touch up office and exterior spaces as needed.
Conduct regular office and property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Assist with emergency repairs as required.
Janitorial duties on regular, and as needed basis.
Oversee and coordinate service providers, contractors, and vendors working on-site.
Maintain exterior and interior of yard vehicles, assisting in fleet vehicle transport.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and landscaping.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
Current Florida driver’s license, acceptable driving record, with dependable transportation.
Capable of performing physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with independent problem solving skills.
5 years prior maintenance experience preferred.

Full-time, on-site position
Emergency response on-call
Compensation:
$18-$20/hour depending on experience
PTO, holidays and sick leave
