Stronghold Marine Construction is now hiring We are a very steady, healthy company looking for some young, hard working, energetic, positive folks who want to learn a trade and be on the water daily. We have steady work for the right candidates. Must be able to work in the outdoor changing conditions and do not mind getting in the water. We work in residential environments so you need to be polite and a good representative of our company. Must be willing to listen, be respectful, show up on time and be an effective member of the team. If you like being outside, on the water, getting in shape, then you might as well get paid to do it. Wall crew will need to cary 50 lbs concrete forms to be set up as well as removed and stacked. Most of the work is in Hernando Beach and Hudson; must meet at the shop in Hudson at 7am daily.
We are also always looking to add anyone with vinyl seawall experience, concrete finishing, form carpenters, rough carpentry for decks and docks, barge work (drilling), experience with a hydraulic concrete pump, equipment or general construction experience. We offer paid holidays, IRA matching, overtime, company trucks and tools. We have several crews and likely have a good match for your skill set.
