We service the multifamily communities as well as some residential with mold remediation services. The work we do is fast-paced, challenging and very rewarding. Reliable transportation, and clean background are a must. Background check before starting, English preferred. Must bring own tools
Pay by the job or hourly
The ideal candidate will have experience in mold remediation, water restoration, using power tools and hand tools, demolition, and building containments.
Duties: Use power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks- Build structures as needed-Demo as needed- Extract water as needed
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver's license- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to work in confined spaces- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet- Ability to pass a background check.
