WE PAY WEEKLY
Up to $3,000 paid monthly. Excellent starting pay at $13-$16/hour, based on experience and scheduling ability.
Candidate should possess excellent communication and handyman skills.
Daily tasks include:
Working in the field at single- and multi-family rental units
Handyman abilities to do fixes and repairs to items.
Responding to work orders and tasks from tenants.
Getting units showing and rental ready.
Basic repairs to include light plumbing, electric, wood work, siding and other repairs.
Providing updates to supervisors with recommendations based on maximizing revenue and lowering costs.
Primarily field-based setting in locations around Florida.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
