Searching for a self-motivated, experienced, motorcycle-loving individual to join our award-winning team in the Service Department at Tampa Bay Motos.
Job role: Facility Manager / Porter
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Pushing motorcycles in and out of the facility daily, and around the dealership as needed. (Very physical & technical)
- Transporting motorcycles via our Mercedes Sprinter truck. Loading and unloading truck required. (Clean & valid driver's license required)
- Operating Forklift for unloading motorcycle crates and moving materials for storage (Forklift certified a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate )
- Detailing motorcycles for sales and service departments (high-end detailing experience a plus)
- Facility Maintenance includes: sweeping, mopping, general cleaning, taking out trash daily, stocking customer fridge and snacks for lounge, breaking down crates and loading dumpster, lawn care and general upkeep + other tasks as they arise
- Maintain stocking for general dealership supplies (snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, consumables)
- Running errands when needed
- Assist department managers with various tasks as needed.
A good candidate for this position will have:
Clean Drivers License with a Motorcycle Endorsement
Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move 700 pound motorcycles.
Must be able to work full time Tuesdays - Saturdays
Will be willing to work events occasionally with the dealership. Including rides, bike nights, shows etc.
