I am a property manager based in Tamp, FL with 42 units under my management. I have been having a hard time with my current maintenance crew and am in need of new workers that are able to work as needed priced by the job with reasonable prices given the volume I will be offering. I work with real estate investors that rent out properties so they expect investor prices. I am also working on getting my GC license soon so I will be having much more work to come.
