We are an extremely busy custom closet and cabinetry manufacture and installation company located in Odessa, FL is seeking 2 experienced lead installers, and 2 installers to join the team! Candidate will be working in a team based environment and must have experience completing installs. This is a full time, long term opportunity with growth potential.
Our Cabinet Installers match premanufactured items into a space based on measurements. Essential duties these professionals complete are consulting with clients, fitting hardware into the cabinetry, cutting wood, fixing components into the wall, using protective equipment, ensuring quality control, and cleaning the job site.
This position includes the use of hand tools, machinery, and detailed measurements. Must be comfortable joining the team to complete daily residential installs and helping out as needed at the shop. Experience installing wood products such as cabinets, closets, or similar is necessary.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am start time
Responsibilities:
-Cabinet Installers match premanufactured items into a space based on measurements

-Building custom cabinets
-Install custom cabinets or closets and woodwork
-Received work order, assembled tools, and materials
-Installed, inspected, repaired woodwork, and ensured customer satisfaction
Requirements:
-Install or Lead Install experience: 1-2 years
-Carpentry experience: 1-2 years
-Experience with hand and power tools: 1-2 years
-Must have reliable transportation
-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
Starting pay rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience with performance based increases.
