We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting management and staff, and helping maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance
Manage correspondence, phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping or finance-related tasks.
Hours are flexible (3-4 hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,)
