NEED 3 PERSON CREW IN THIS BUILDING
pay is $1,500 per month
cleaning is 3X per week after 530 pm Monday and Wednesday and Friday
Interviewing today October 5th and tomorrow October 6th
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY:
1) WE ARE HIRING 3-Person crew that work together as a team
2) Must have an established business, LLC or Corporation already formed and active VERIFIABLE on Sunbiz.org
3) You will have FEIN number established for your business.
4) You have Workers Compensation Insurance OR Workers Compensation Exemption Certificate
(this costs $0 if you have an existing business)
4) You must have a Driver License
This posting is for a building on US 19 and Alderman Road in Palm Harbor under contract starting service October 6th.

We are providing all equipment in janitors closet:
Backpack Vacuum
Janitors cart
Roling trash can
Mop Buckets etc.
You are provided keys and alarm code.
You will also have your own equipment (vacuum and mop system, rags etc.) and cleaning supplies (chemicals).
