We are looking for a Solar Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients who have questions or concerns related to their solar products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Providing information about solar products, services, and pricing.

3. Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues and scheduling service appointments.

4. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.

6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

8. Providing feedback to management to improve customer experience and service processes.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies is a plus.

5. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
