Specialty Cleaning - No toilets only ceilings and walls!
SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning acoustical ceilings, FRP walls, light fixtures, vents and other specialty services such as High Dusting. The possibility of cutting and replacing ceiling tiles as needed. Bilingual helpful.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: includes but may not be limited to the following:
Clean commercial restaurants and offices with a variety of products and specialized equipment
Clean ceilings, walls, and light fixtures.
Sweep up debris and remove trash
Scrub Ceiling Stains
Remove vents to clean
Occasionally replace or cut ceiling tiles to fit
Remove ladders from the top of a cargo van
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent cleaning skills
Attention to details and thoroughness
Ability to listen and follow instructions
Ability to work on a ladder - 6', 8' and 10' ladders
Ability to work scissor and boom lifts
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
Ability to work with cleaning supplies and chemicals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 15 lbs.
Ability to stand on 6-10 ft. ladders
Ability to work scissor and boom lifts
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to kneel, bend, and crawl
Ability to tolerate exposure to dust
Ability to operate all cleaning equipment

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
