Looking for an individual with knowledge of basic maintenance such as toilet repair, faucet repairs, painting and minor wall repair to work at office buildings and retail shopping centers. Some job duties include cleaning parking lots, changing trash bags, changing ceiling tiles, patching potholes, replacing lights, window washing, and general property clean up and inspection. Most of your day will be portering centers - 3 to 5 properties a day.
Job requirements include but are not limited to applicant must be responsible and able to work independently at a job site with no supervision. A truck is handy to carry trash and supplies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of sending and receiving pictures, emails and text messages. A daily worksheet will be emailed to you and a list of completed jobs with pictures needs to be sent back at the end of the day. Applicants should also have their own basic tools – power and hand tools a plus.
Most of our properties are in Pinellas County (Palm Harbor to St Pete Beach), Looking for someone who lives in Pinellas County. This is a full-time Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm job. Weekly paycheck through direct deposit. The pay is $17.00 an hour.
