Seeking dependable, detail-oriented post-construction cleaners for a short-term commercial project in Tampa. You’ll help prepare a newly completed property for turnover — ensuring every surface is spotless, debris-free, and ready for presentation.
Responsibilities:
Perform rough and final post-construction cleaning, including dust removal, floor scrubbing, polishing fixtures, and wiping walls/baseboards
Remove debris and ensure all areas are construction-dust-free
Follow safety and site procedures at all times
Maintain a professional and reliable work attitude
Requirements:
Previous post-construction or commercial cleaning experience recommeded
Must have your own vehicle for transportation
Must have steel-toe boots, reflective vest
Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods (6-hour shifts)

Start Date: Monday, Nov 10
End Date: Saturday, Nov 14
Hours: 6 hours per day Start Time 11AM-5PM
Pay: $20/hour (paid end of each day)- $120 Daily
