Ally Waste Services is currently hiring for a part-time Trash Collector to join our team! This trash valet position works part-time starting between 7-8pm and earns a competitive wage of $30-$81 per night (not hourly) depending on location & property. We are industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

No experience required!
Part-time schedule! (You can do partial properties, full properties and multiple properties! It's up to you how much work you want to commit to. Most valets only work 1-1.5 hours every night and make between $25-$35 per hour).
You get paid per property - per night! We only want the best and don't want clock watchers! Most of the other valet trash companies pay $17-19 per hour. We actually pay per property, per night. We feel if you can do the job faster, you should be paid the full pay and not punished for being effecient. This allows our valets to work multiple properties to acheive the extra pay that they want.
Night shifts (Sunday-Thursday).
Start time between 7-8pm.
All major holidays off.
REQUIREMENTS
As a trash valet, you are one of our main workers and without you, we could not meet our client's needs. You work at an apartment complex, collecting trash bags from apartment doorsteps and taking them to the dumpster. Don't worry about the mess, bags are already tied and we provide personal protective equipment (PPE). You take and email pictures for daily reports. You enjoy the physical activity of walking up and down stairs each day. Your hard work and self-motivation can lead to future management opportunities!
Have a smartphone.
Ability to be on your feet for at least 1.5-2 hours.
Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
Open bed pickup truck.
Able to work your assigned property every Sunday-Thursday with a start time between 7-8pm each night.
