Our client in the St. Petersburg area is seeking an experienced Punch List Painter for immediate start. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing final touch-ups and finishing work in unoccupied apartment units, ensuring all painting and detailing meet quality standards.
What you will be doing:
Review and execute punch list items related to painting and finishing.
Perform touch-up painting, caulking, and patching as needed.
Clean and remove debris from work areas.
Conduct final quality checks on painted surfaces.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project team.
Ensure proper color matching and attention to detail.
Utilize fine motor skills for precise and clean painting work.
What is required:
Must have your own tools: drop cloths, ladder, paintbrushes, and rollers.
Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish.
Proficiency in color matching and various painting techniques.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Prior experience with punch list or final phase painting is preferred.
Requires quick hands and accuracy
