David Spence, Inc we are looking for a Carpenter as well as Helper with a teachable spirit and is willing to take direction.
Carpenter Pay Based on Experience.
Helper Pay will be based on experience $13-$16hr.
Company shirts are provided for both positions
You will be working in all phases of residential kitchen, bathrooms, showers, drywall installation, drywall hanging & finishing, tile installation, and cabinet installation. David Spence Inc also does waterproofing which requires digging with shovels and occasionally using jackhammers and concrete saws as well.

Valid drivers license and own personal vehicle is Required. Preferably a truck or van
Will be driving to job location everyday not to the office
Carpenter position is required to have own hand tools and power tools
Helper position -Do you have some standard tools? Measuring tape, pencil, hammer. Etc.
Are you familiar with any of this type of work? We will train the right person as a helper.
