What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous residential and/ or commercial cleaning experience required
Transportation: Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites
Smart phone to take pictures as needed
Supplies: Must have your own cleaning equipment and products
Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Independence: Ability to manage your schedule and work with minimal supervision
Ability to respond in a timely matter when contacted
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Manage time efficiently to complete all tasks within the designated schedule.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns professionally.
Experience:
Previous experience in post construction cleaning is a plus.
Familiarity with commercial and restaurant cleaning practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
