We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Contractor to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a contractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to residential properties, ensuring that each home is left spotless and comfortable for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleaning, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Sanitize high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.
Change linens and make beds (if required).
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.
Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide tailored services.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while working in clients' homes.
Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any damages or maintenance issues found during cleaning to the client or appropriate party.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar field.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing quality service.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between homes in the Tampa area.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a contractor or freelancer.
Own cleaning supplies and equipment ( Required).
Own Transportation
Flexible schedule with availability on weekdays and weekends.
