Position: Roof Repairer
Location: Pinellas Park
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections to identify roof damage and determine the best course of action for repair.
Repair and replace damaged or worn roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and metal panels.
Install waterproof barriers and insulation to protect buildings from moisture.
Work safely and efficiently at various heights to complete repairs.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and any additional requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Roof Repairer or similar role.
Proficiency in various roofing materials and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
