Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, motivated Roofers/Laborers to join our team. As a Roofer/Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on roofing projects, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. No experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial roofs.
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
Handle and transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Work alongside experienced roofers and laborers to complete roofing projects on time.
Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting materials to ensure a precise installation.
Provide general labor support as needed, including lifting, carrying, and cleaning up job sites.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in roofing or construction is a plus but not required.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Must be able to pass a background check to get on Military base (if applicable).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
Comfortable working at heights (on ladders, scaffolding, roofs).
Exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous roofing or construction labor experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Pass a Background check to work on a military base.
