Qualifications
They will also have a minimum of 3+ construction related experience in the window and door
industry
Candidate must have experience with window and door service
Must have good customer service skills and can communicate well verbally and in writing
Must be organized and have good follow up skills and be computer literate
Must have a clean valid driving license
Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery
Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication
through automated devices such as the telephone
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
Must be able to lift 50+lbs with assistance.
Use of hand tools
Required to travel to service sites daily
Requirements
The Window & Door installation Service Technician position will provide superior field
support on window and door products by performing service in the customer's home
Trouble shoot problems
Service Sliding Glass Doors and windows
Deglaze glass and reglaze
Inspect the project with customers for final product acceptance
Repair issues on jobs
Communicate with service manager, production manager on issues as they arise
Ensure you have materials for projects prior to job
Communicate effectively with customers before during and possibly after service
Help installers get out the door in the morning
