Advanced Water Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician / Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of reverse osmosis systems at customer locations. As a key team member, you’ll ensure our customers receive top-tier service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair reverse osmosis systems.
Assemble and disassemble equipment for upgrades or repairs.
Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate service activity records in the company’s system.
Organize and manage tools and parts inventory for field operations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
Work effectively in small spaces as needed.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service with a focus on building positive client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in various environments.
Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform manual tasks.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Reliable transportation and active cell phone plan with proficiency in using communication apps.
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements

Working in small spaces.
Use of power tools as needed.
Education
Accredited high school diploma, GED, or completion of business/trade school
