I own a remodeling company I have a lot of work and I’m looking for the right fit.
I’m looking for a skilled laborer someone who has experience and 1st hand knowledge in multiple areas.
Must know how to:
Tile floors, tile showers, backsplashes.
install shower pans with various slopes for drainage.
hangin drywal
plastering level 4 and 5
painting
roofing
floor leveling
laminate/vinyl/hardwood flooring
a carpenter/ rough framing and finisher
I’m looking for a jack of all trades. Someone who’s not afraid to work.
Pay will be determined on work performance. I pay a daily wage flat rate. Some days we work 10 hours some days we work 3 hours either way you show up to work and get things accomplished you get paid. I’ve been in business 7 years I take pride in my work if it’s not done right then it’s not done.
Having a vehicle is a plus.
Having your own tools is a plus.
I’m not looking for another drug addict to fake it til they make it. If u say you know how to tile make sure u know how to tile. I don’t put up with stupidity.
Example: last guy who didn’t make the cut. Says he knows how to tile been doing it for years.
I tell him tile the kitchen floor. I leave go to Home Depot for a few things upon my return he has half the kitchen laid out. I’m looking and notice that every bag of thin set is still unopened. I ask him what he’s using to set the tiles. This freaking guy has opened 4 tubes of gorilla glue and is glueing the tiles to the hardee-board.
