I have a small company that we do windows and doors screen rooms and both vinyl and Hardie siding. Looking for person who is not scared of heights and actually can lift up 50 or more lbs easily. Pay is based on experience. I am not looking for a carpenter who knows everything that I'm going to butt heads with. I am looking for somebody who wants to grow with a small business. Eventually moving up to lead installer. Which will include a vehicle and phone. 2 weeks paid vacation. One is the week of Christmas. The other one is give me at least a month notice.
