Guidance regarding business requirements is available if needed but this will be your company. If you have the talent we can guide you on the rest but this is not a W2 job.
Position Overview:
Right now this is ideal for one- to three-person crews. We’re looking for experienced Tile and Grout Contractors with a strong work ethic and a positive, flexible attitude.
You’ll set your availability through an easy online calendar. We confirm jobs assigned Monday through Saturday. Some jobs may be completed solo, while others will require a team of two or three, depending on size.
Commission Payments:
Payments are calculated at the end of each week and you're paid the following week, based on completed jobs, by check or direct deposit to your bank account (preferred). No need to find customers or handle marketing; just focus on the work.
Requirements:
- Submit pictures of your previous work, referral numbers, your LLC info, a copy of your general liability insurance, and your ZIP code.
- Experience with tile, grout, and silicone caulk is required.
- As a contractor you must have some tools (usually under $150). Nothing fancy and we can help you secure these.
- Must have a cell phone with service and that can take photos.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be ok with using our materials for the job. We check them out on a job-by-job basis.
- We suggest you work on knee pads, be able to lift 50 pounds, and follow safety protocols.
- If you're uncomfortable with having your work checked upon completion, do not apply.
How the Work Is Structured:
You’ll start jobs within a pre-coordinated time range and complete the job on your schedule. We have the materials you can pick up in the morning.
Some days, there may be opportunities to complete multiple jobs. If you can't reliably show up for jobs, do not apply.
This is not a guarantee of work but an opportunity to be reviewed as a provider.

Before moving forward, we may ask for a live opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills either with our materials or on a job you’re currently working.
This is NOT an employment contract, and you may work alongside other contractors depending on the job size.
