Tree Crew Leader needed for busy, growing tree division.
We are looking for motivated, professional, hard-working individual to join our team. This position requires both hands-on work and the ability to delegate responsibilities, balancing safety, efficiency, and client communication.
Duties include - maintaining time, crews and equipment, collecting and piling branches and debris and tools in working order and adhering to safe work practices. Knowledge of trees identification and correct techniques for trimming, pruning, repairing, maintaining and removal.
Experience operating hand equipment and physical stamina to endure extreme climate variations.
Ability to identify diseased or insect infected trees.
Must have transportation to and from work.
Must be dependable and show up ready to work.
Must be reliable and able to work with others as a team.
Must be able to drive truck and trailer, CDL a bonus! MUST have a CLEAN driving record.
