Motorcycle Accident with injuries due to Road hazard / Road repairs unfinished no po
lice report, but witnesses was county paramedics , case file, investigation reports/ medical report photo's of the scene, 2 attorney's assigned , pending for 1 year, but MM never filed a law suite, just told me, they decided not to file and advised me to find another attorney and they would provide case ;file and all info to new attorney of record
Looking for Experienced Attorney or Newly Licensed bar certified that will not string me along and will file needed documents and paperwork required
Waited almost 1 year, going through physical therapy, loss of work, mentally drained, bills way over due, and MM just left me
scrambling , to find a new attorney, thank god, I ask a friend that is an attorney that the statue of limitations is 2 years this type case,
so attorney needed immediately to file suite against the country and/or state on this matter
