Experienced family law paralegal-part time/remote, 10 hours or less per week. Must be able to handle all aspects of mandatory disclosure and discovery, draft simple pleadings if given a framework, schedule and set hearings and manage their time appropriately for billing purposes. I do not have time to train anyone who does not specifically have family law experience so please do not send your resume unless you have the required experience.
