Architectural Concepts, specializing in the design and development of Senior Housing Communities and Health Care Facilities throughout the country, is seeking a Director of Business Development.
Director of Business Development will cultivate the development market and establish contracts to cultivate new client relationships. Candidate will source, develop, and manage prospects then generate leads. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development in the Architectural Construction field.
Responsibilities:
Identify target prospects and generate leads
Manage and report on the status of your pipeline
Excellent targeting and prospecting skills with a emphasis on one-on-one communications
Develop and manage other lead generation tactics
Penetrate specific markets within established time frames
Practice high morals and ethics in approaching the business of the company
Work within budgets
Proven ability to close deals
Proposal generation and management of proposal generation by administrative personnel
Prepare presentations on multiple medias
Write and produce good creative marketing materials
Strong interpersonal skills to help establish and maintain relationships with clients
Strong motivation to succeed
Must be able to travel and attend tradeshows
Ability to build a marketing plan
Must be able to photograph projects and layouts of project boards or hire a photographer to provide project photos
Maintain and update social media and website
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development or direct sales
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to generate new business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Must have a professional appearance
