One day you might be stemming peppers the next you might be opening #10 cans (with an electric heavy-duty opener, of course) and there are times that you will have to assist in blending products in steam kettles or running bottles through the label machine. We are a small team, and we all work together to achieve a common goal. Attention to detail is a must. It is a very hot environment, and you must be able to stand on your feet all day as well as be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
