Small real estate company in tampa looking to fill two positions.
First position is for a Maintenance technician. Please have knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, basic handyman skills. on call rotations is a must.
Second position is for a property porter. duties include but limited to cleaning, painting, pressure washing, helping maintenance with work orders.
